That’s Why I Love Niagara Falls is an upbeat, fun celebration of one of the world’s most spectacular natural wonders, inspired by over a decade of personal visits.
The seed for this song was actually planted in my childhood while watching Christopher Reeve in the Superman II movie. The cinematic scale of the Falls stayed with me, sparking a lifelong dream to see it in person. Thanks to business trips to Ontario, Canada over the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to turn that childhood curiosity into reality—visiting the Falls more than 15 times.
This track is a musical travelogue of those journeys. It captures the energy of experiencing the Falls across all four seasons, from cycling the local trails to standing in the mist on the Hornblower cruise, taking the White Water Walk, and peering out from the Journey Behind the Falls. Most importantly, it reflects the unforgettable experience of sharing that magic with my wife, Claire, on one of those trips.
Musically, the track is a high-energy, feel-good anthem. While I wrote the lyrics and shaped the core melody, I utilised advanced AI music tools to bring the full arrangement to life—proving how modern technology can help independent creators turn personal memories into polished, vibrant music.
