About

Hi, I’m Nick Webber and Icebreeze is my personal music project – a space where I can make music simply because I enjoy it.

I’m a keyboard player, and I’ve been drawn to music from an early age. Over time my interest expanded beyond playing, into arranging, production and sound engineering. I’ve played in bands, spent years working with sequencing and recording and developed a real appreciation for how music is built and shaped.

I don’t restrict Icebreeze to a single style. Some tracks are piano-led songs, others lean towards pop, blues or rock, and some are instrumental electronic pieces. What ties them together is a focus on melody, atmosphere and musical expression. I’ve always loved instrumental solos, and they often find their way into my music as moments to let a track breathe.

After stepping away from music for a long time, I returned to it in late 2025. The tools available now make creating feel open and accessible in a way it never did before. I use them to remove barriers, not to chase perfection.

Icebreeze isn’t about trends or a career plan. It’s about enjoying the process of making music and sharing it, quietly and honestly.

If you’d like a bit more background, or are curious about the gear I used to take the sound from an 80s stage organ to the digital frontier, read Icebreeze: A 40-Year Journey.
